Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Service Expert Driver for a Dublin-based client in environmental services. The role blends driving, servicing equipment, waste collection and light maintenance with full training.

You will manage a daily route and deliver excellent customer service, while recording visits using digital systems. Essential is a valid C1 licence, CPC card and digital tachograph card; driving experience is welcome though new drivers are considered.

Qualifications

Excel Recruitment is now hiring a Service Expert Driver for our client, a leading environmental services and waste management company based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines driving, servicing equipment, waste collection, and minor maintenance duties with full training provided.

Responsibilities:

• The Service Expert Driver is responsible for carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Servicing and maintaining customer equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Conducting waste collections and product deliveries throughout the Dublin region.
• Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Performing minor repairs and parts replacements when required.
• Recording service visits and maintenance activities using digital systems.
• Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining excellent service standards.

Requirements:
