Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland invites students to join our Internship Programme, gaining hands-on experience in Laboratory data systems through realistic, project-based work. You will assist with day-to-day data handling, method building, and verification activities while learning GMP procedures.

Currently pursuing a third-level science degree, you must communicate clearly, work well in a team, and show initiative.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day support of Laboratory data systems
  • Method building for Laboratory data systems
  • Facilitate method design acceptance and verification
  • Ensure GMP procedures exist for all activities related to laboratory data systems, including updating of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Investigate, resolve and report issues
  • Liaise with Global IT as required
  • Supports audits and inspections
  • Liaising with all BMS sites within the Network Quality Control Division
  • Supporting Quality Control Laboratories in their use of Laboratory Data Systems
  • Support of the Lab Data Systems team in their audit preparation activities
  • Project work to support the Lab Data Systems team.

Qualifications & Experience

Currently undertaking a third level qualification (Degree) in Science or related discipline. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working as part of a team and ability to work on own initiative. Compensation Overview

2, 213.90 € per month Pay for this internship/co-op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns and co-op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations. This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
