Responsibilities

  • Support QA resource tracking through task maintenance and monitoring.
  • Author and review QA documentation per procedures; ensure accuracy.
  • Generate metrics and trends for investigations to support site reviews.
  • Participate in deviations/investigations and change controls to meet deadlines.
  • Interface with departments to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with site inspection readiness and regulatory readiness programs.
  • Support documentation management and progression of GMP documents.
  • Contribute to QA activities for New Product Introduction and equipment qualification.

Activities you will be involved in during your placement as QA Technical & Laboratory Operations Intern include:
  • Supporting QA resource tracking through Maintenance/Monitoring of task assignment.
  • Authoring, review and approval of QA departmental documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generation and Preparation of metrics/trending relating to Investigations to support site process review.
  • Participation in the QA activities for Deviations/Investigations and Change Controls to meet established timelines.
  • Interface with relevant departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies, GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the site inspection readiness program for internal and external regulatory inspections.
  • Facilitating and supporting the progression of GMP documents within the Documentation Management System.
  • Participation in QA activities for New Product Introduction. Support the QC Instrumentation/ Manufacturing Equipment Qualification/Validation process, Identify and implement continuous improvements within the QA group to support business processes and metrics. Engage in Quality Culture initiatives.
  • Due to the nature of the role, you may work in other and/or multiple QA areas once the appropriate training has been completed.

Compensation Overview:

2, 213.90 € per month Pay for this internship/co-op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns and co-op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations. This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
