This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, developing technical specifications, and supporting the delivery of system solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define systems requirements.
• Develop technical specifications for solutions to meet business needs.
• Support senior team members in identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Participate in projects to enhance internally developed platforms.
• Liaise with IT Development to ensure systems meet required standards.
• Support data integrity for customer and supplier information during system changes.
• Work with the technical support team to ensure necessary infrastructure changes are addressed.
• Assist in scenario testing before user acceptance testing.
