Job summary

Principle is seeking an analytical finance/operations professional to maintain data quality and support business-case models and value assets. You will validate inputs across systems, document changes, and provide stakeholder-ready recommendations while ensuring consistency of tools and methods.

The role requires 2+ years in a numbers-led finance environment, strong Excel expertise, and a solid grasp of finance fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a numbers-led finance or business discipline such as business operations, accounting or banking.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and professional formatting.
• A sound understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to data quality.
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating across global teams.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering or another analytical field.
• Enterprise software experience and exposure to data-process automation would be advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, validate and update data across multiple tools and systems.
• Support business-case models, value assets, templates and internal resources.
• Document changes and produce clear QA findings and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
• Keep tools, content and analytical methods relevant and consistent.
• Support qualitative and quantitative business-case content.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Support ad hoc research, ROI analysis and financial-modelling requests.
