Job summary

GLENHAZE DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED in Dublin 24, D24 XW21, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to optimise SAP S/4HANA Warehouse & Logistics Systems. Salary: €40,904 per annum; Hours: 39 per week.

You will lead SAP warehouse processes, map FMCG workflows, support configuration changes, analyse data and drive improvements across inventory, order fulfilment and supply chain performance. Collaboration with warehouse, finance and IT teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties of the role include

• Lead and analyse SAP S/4HANA Warehouse and Logistics processes to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, order fulfilment, and supply chain performance.
• Mapping and redesigning FMCG business requirements and operational workflows, translating business needs into SAP system improvements, process enhancements, and practical technology solutions.
• Support business analysis, testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA configuration changes and system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of warehouse and logistics processes, identifying opportunities for automation, process standardisation, and improved system utilisation.
• Analyse operational, financial, and supply chain data to prepare reports, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
• Analysing warehouse KPIs and service-level performance.
• Develop insights from SAP-generated data to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, resource utilisation, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, supply chain stakeholders, finance teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support the integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions with wider business operations, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and organisational objectives.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and guidance to business users to maximise the effectiveness of SAP warehouse and logistics systems.
