Job Description

Business Development Manager required to work at Pergamino Limited t/a The Old Barracks based at 1A Polefield Business Park, Dock Road, Limerick. The candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in similar role, bachelor's degree business is an advantage. Duties will include: Liaising with senior management to determine the range of coffee products, beverages, retail merchandise and related services to be sold, contributing to the development of sales strategies and the setting of sales targets; discussing employer and customer requirements, carrying out customer surveys and analysing customer reactions to products, packaging, pricing and promotional activities; compiling and analysing sales figures, preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and undertaking market research to support business growth and identify opportunities within the Irish speciality coffee market; handling customer and trade accounts and maintaining strong client relationships; recruiting, training and supervising junior sales staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance; producing reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; and keeping up to date with coffee products, consumer trends, market developments and competitor activities. Salary: €36.605 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
