Enable Ireland invites applications for a Business Manager role covering RHA Dublin & North East & RHA Dublin West & Midlands (travel across locations such as Cavan Town, Navan, Dunshaughlin, Co Kildare and Dublin).
The post is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a salary scale of €58,151 to €76,254 pro rata per annum. The successful candidate will oversee admin, HR, finance, IT, quality, safety and risk, and lead regional processes in line with legislation and guidance.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join our team covering RHA Dublin & North East & RHA Dublin West & Midlands (travel across a number of locations such as Cavan Town, Co Meath (Navan & Dunshaughlin), Co Kildare, Dublin (Tallaght, Crumlin).
This is a permanent contract.
35 hours per week
The current salary scale for this post is €58,151 to €76,254 pro rata per annum
Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
The post holder will have devolved responsibility for the management of administrative and business support functions, providing leadership and a regional management function on the business processes of Human Resources Management, Finance, Information Technology and supports, Quality, Safety and Risk, Business Management and Information management.
The post holder will be responsible for the administration, finance and HR processes for the office of the Director of Services. The post holder will have operational responsibility for Health and Safety; compliance and facilities support and the management of risk across the region. They will work closely with the services managers in the development and monitoring of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance.
