Archer Recruitment in Ireland is hiring a Sales Development Representative to Business Development Consultant to join our fast-paced IT recruitment team.

This role offers end-to-end sales experience, training, and a clear path to owning your pipeline and advancing to a Business Development Account Manager. You will identify prospects, book meetings with hiring managers, and develop consultative selling and negotiation skills in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales development experience or similar (BDR, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, B2B Sales).
• An EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential client companies through outbound outreach
• Book and attend meetings with hiring managers, partnering with senior consultants to learn how to run effective client engagements

• Breakdown: Base Salary + Additional Bonus Structure + Uncapped Commission (Paid monthly) (Tiered Commission Structure - base and commission increases upon each promotion)
