Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development in Medical Education to drive strategic growth across EPG Health’s portfolio. You will lead the sales function, shape high‑value proposals, and build senior sponsor relationships while aligning commercial activity with delivery capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Practice, you will own pipeline development, set KPIs, and coach a high‑performing team to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic commercial leadership for medical education or pharma advertising.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex sponsor relationships.
• Ability to define go-to-market strategies and oversee proposals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead implementation of initiatives to improve win rate and pipeline quality.
• Build senior client relationships across key accounts.
• Manage sales performance, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with commercial goals.
