Job summary

You will lead workshops, produce BRDs and Use Cases, perform gap analyses and process improvements, and partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering business and technology change initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Strong documentation skills producing BRDs, Use Cases and Functional Specifications.
• Experience performing gap analyses and driving process improvements with risks and dependencies identified.
• Proven ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagements to elicit, analyse and prioritise business requirements.
• Produce business analysis artefacts, including BRDs, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to identify process gaps and dependencies for optimisation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Support business process improvement initiatives by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented and traceable.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
