Back4good is seeking reliable Bus/Coach Drivers to join our team in Ireland. You will be transporting passengers safely and efficiently while delivering high standards of customer service and adhering to traffic and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, assisting passengers, maintaining records, managing fares, and handling emergencies. A Category D license with CPC and a clean driving record are required. Flexible hours including weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Category D driving license with CPC certification.
• Proven experience as a bus/coach driver.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts.
• Handle fares and payments, ensuring accurate accounting.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents following company protocols.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
