Job summary

Careeriser Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor for our Central Dublin office. The role requires 3+ years of Building Surveying experience and an ideally chartered Registered Building Surveyor, with experience overseeing contractors on commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.

You will undertake technical due diligence inspections, deliver transaction-led surveys, and conduct stock condition surveys across estate portfolios, while managing dilapidations and overseeing upgrades for clients in a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Building Surveying experience.
• Registered Building Surveyor (ideally chartered).
• Experience overseeing contractors on commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.
• Deliver transaction-led surveys, including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.
• Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.
• Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.
• Manage the Dilapidations process for both Landlords and Tenants.
• Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of clients.
