Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager in Limerick to lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the counter. You will manage team performance, coordinate in-store events, and ensure top-notch counter presentation.

The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on building customer loyalty and driving brand growth in-store.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion for sales success.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Personally connect with customers through traffic stopping and product demonstrations to hit targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and promote open communication to crush targets.
• Develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain fully stocked counters and report inventory concerns to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily administration and schedule monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards for counter displays.

Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time, Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Shaws Limerick! As a Counter Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

As a Counter Manager, your missions, will be as follows:

• Sales Management: Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals, ensuring high service standards. Delegate effectively and inspire the team to maximize performance.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service customers.
• Target-Driven Sales: Personally connect with customers through traffic stopping, demonstrate products with passion, and consistently achieve your individual sales targets and contribute to the overall counter goals.
• Teamwork and Motivation: Conduct engaging daily team meetings, promote open communication, and recognize achievements to keep the team focused on crushing individual and counter targets.
• Business Growth: Develop innovative in-store and external events through strategic linkups, collaborations, product launches, and impactful charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock Optimisation: Ensure the counter is always fully stocked, monitor inventory levels closely, and immediately report concerns to the Area Manager to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Communication Leadership: Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers, ensuring important information flows smoothly and the counter team is always informed.
• Efficient Administration: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks, supporting the Area Manager and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Staff Scheduling Excellence: Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas that optimize coverage to support sales goals.
• Brand Presentation: Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and professional shopping environment at all times.
