Job summary

Davy is seeking an Intermediary Support Associate to join the Select team in Dublin. You will ensure broker needs are understood and served with accuracy, manage new accounts, and collaborate across Davy Operations to maintain pipelines and MI.

You will develop pension and investment knowledge, support Account Managers, drive process improvements, and contribute to ad hoc projects while adhering to Risk & Compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent.
• APA or QFA qualification.
• Knowledge of settlements and operations.
• Proven reconciliation and control experience.
• Advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
• Strong numeric ability.
• Customer service focused with a track record.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Positive attitude with initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet broker requirements for turnaround and accuracy.
• Open new accounts and handle account queries.
• Liaise with internal Davy Operations teams.
• Update broker and client pipelines and Management Information.
• Provide general admin support to Davy Select Account Managers.
• Identify improvements from broker and client feedback.
• Develop knowledge of pension and investments.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and business development.
• Comply with risk and compliance frameworks.
