Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts in Cork is seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Manager to lead our Electrical Department and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise a small team, respond to customer enquiries, promote cross-brand solutions and ensure stock is well merchandised. Weekend availability is required to meet store demands and customer needs. This is a full-time role at a renowned Irish retailer, offering growth opportunities within the department.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Experience.
• Willing and able to work weekends, including Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin.
• Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales.
• Understand customer’s expectations and needs.
• Monitor customer orders and deliveries.
• Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer.
• Replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandised.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a management team in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Adding to our success & growth, we are actively seeking to hire Full-Time Electrical Sales Manager for our store in Brown Thomas Cork. You will be working as the Manager of our Electrical Dept located in the Brown Thomas Department store in Cork City.
