Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Bridge engineering professionals.
• Drive business development and manage tender bids.
• Conduct resource planning to ensure project success.
• Provide design input and oversee project delivery.
• Manage medium and large-sized projects for quality and budget control.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Assist in the duties of the Project Supervisor Design Process.
