Job summary

The Address Cork is seeking a Breakfast Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor in serving guests and maintaining high service standards during breakfast shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, can work early mornings (6:30am), communicate clearly in English, and are keen to upsell where appropriate. Competitive salary and opportunities within our F&B team are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am).
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain dishes confidently, while looking for upsell opportunities.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
