Job summary

Glenveagh Properties PLC in Maynooth is seeking a marketing/branding professional for a maternity leave cover. You will drive brand integrity, deliver events, and manage communications to support our development projects and community pillars.

Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you will develop and amplify our communication strategy, produce branded materials, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns. A background in branding and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a branding, marketing or similar role.
• A third-level qualification in Marketing / Communications/ Branding or similar fields desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and project management.
• You are a problem solver and customer centric.
• Detail oriented with an eye for brand consistency.
• You take pride in everything you deliver.

Responsibilities

• Driving brand integrity and delivery in line with strategy to ensure KPI’s across pillars.
• Delivering and managing events and our event strategy across brand, developments, and community pillars.
• Overseeing the management and delivery of communications to support event enablement, amplification, and awareness.
• Working closely with our wider marketing team to develop and amplify our communication strategy aligning against KPI’s.
• Lead the delivery of branded development material such as brochures and CGIs to fuel launches and build brand cohesion.
• Support our event execution from planning to delivery of best-in-class customer events.
• Align business goals across content, developments, branding, manufacturing, communication and community pillars.
• Support wider marketing team on projects and project delivery.
• Own projects to ensure output meets stakeholder expectations.

This is a specified purpose contract to cover Maternity leave.

Key responsibilities & Duties

• Driving brand integrity and delivery in line with strategy to ensure all KPI’s are being met across all pillars
• Delivering and managing events and our event strategy across brand, developments, and community pillars
• Overseeing the management and delivery of communications to support and drive event enablement, amplification, and awareness
• Working closely with our wider marketing team to develop and amplify our communication strategy aligning against our key KPI’s
• Lead the delivery of branded development material such as brochures, branding collateral, and CGIs that bring our developments to life, fuelling launches and building brand awareness and cohesion.
• Support our event execution from planning to delivering best-in-class customer events as needed by the business
• Supporting and driving clear organisation and alignment against business goals and targets across content, developments, branding, manufacturing, communication and community pillars and business objectives
• Supporting wider marketing team on projects and project delivery
• Own your projects to ensure that other team members and business units are happy with the output on each project

• Previous work experience in a branding, marketing or similar role
• A third-level qualification in the areas of Marketing / Communications/ Branding or similar fields desirable
• A Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel and project management
