Job summary

Glenveagh Properties is seeking a Marketing/Branding professional to join on a maternity cover. You will drive brand integrity, deliver events and manage communications to support launches across our developments and communities.

The role requires experience in branding or marketing, a third-level qualification in Marketing/Communications/Branding, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hybrid working with a strong benefits package awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in branding, marketing or similar role
• Degree in Marketing/Communications/Branding or related field desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and project management tools
• Problem solving and customer-centric mindset
• Detail oriented with focus on brand consistency

Responsibilities

• Drive brand integrity and delivery aligned to strategy, meeting KPI targets across pillars
• Deliver and manage events and our event strategy for brand, developments and community pillars
• Oversee communications to support event enablement, amplification and awareness
• Collaborate with wider marketing team to develop and amplify communication strategy aligned to KPIs
• Lead the creation of branded development materials (brochures, collateral, CGIs) for launches
• Support event execution from planning to delivery of best-in-class customer events
• Coordinate across content, developments, branding, manufacturing, communication and community pillars to align with business goals
• Support wider marketing projects and delivery of initiatives
• Own projects to ensure output is satisfactory to all stakeholders
