The ideal candidate has hospitality or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly. You will engage customers, propose outfits, and support store goals while upholding PVH's standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
