PVH Corp. is recruiting a Sales Associate for our Tommy Hilfiger store. You will welcome customers, deliver outstanding service and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to build stylish outfits.

You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a first-class shopping experience that reflects the PVH values on the shop floor. You'll engage with shoppers, understand their needs, propose suitable items, and help maintain store standards and stock presentation while supporting achievement of store

Formación

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to build relationships and provide product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Being a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
• Outfit building for customers and providing product recommendations.
• Assessing customers’ needs and explaining product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization.
