Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with a minimum of three years in a supervisory client role.
• Must hold SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses and be willing to obtain Series 9 and 10 within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch support staff and recruit for FA roles.
• Coordinate branch marketing with Market Director/Branch Manager and monitor budgets and P&L.
• Perform compliance reviews and serve as backup to Branch Manager as delegated.
• Develop staffing metrics, conduct performance coaching, and guide associates’ career development.
• Direct onboarding, scheduling, and employment life cycle for branch associates.
