Rexel Kellihers Electrical in Ireland's leading electrical wholesaler operates across a broad branch network. The Branch Marketing Lead role focuses on HubSpot CRM, targeted customer communications, and email marketing with personalised campaigns.

Based in the Marketing team, you will work with Sales, Purchasing and Branch Teams to drive engagement, lead generation and sales growth, with 2+ years in marketing and hands-on HubSpot experience preferred, and 50–60% travel to branches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, campaign management or channel marketing.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting a Branch Marketing Lead for our Rexel HQ.

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns across the Kellihers Electrical branch network with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM, customer communications, email marketing and campaign personalisation. Based in the Marketing team, this role works closely with Sales, Purchasing and Branch Teams to drive customer engagement, lead generation and sales growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage HubSpot CRM campaigns, workflows, email journeys and customer segmentation.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing, campaign management or channel marketing role.


• Hands-on experience using HubSpot.


• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and customer communications.


• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.


• Strong project management and organisational skills.


• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to branches as required (50–60% on the road).

Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, email marketing and campaign reporting.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Desirable

• Experience within B2B marketing.


• Experience in wholesale, distribution, construction or industrial sectors.


• Experience using Power BI, Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
