Applegreen M4 Enfield Westbound is seeking a Braeburn Cafe Supervisor who shares our passion for great coffee and guest service. You will support the Braeburn Manager, supervise baristas, and help drive sales in a fast-paced cafe setting.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a similar role, excellent communication, and enjoy working with colleagues to create a welcoming environment. We offer staff discounts, health plans, pension, and opportunities for development.

Braeburn Cafe Supervisor - Applegreen M4 Enfield Westbound

Are you as passionate about coffee as we are? Would you like to a part of an exciting new coffee concept? Calling all coffee enthusiasts, we would love to have you as part of our team! Our mission is to serve fantastic coffee to our customers in our new café or on the move in our drive thru.

What will I be doing as a Braeburn Supervisor?

• Support the Braeburn Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Braeburn coffee beverages.
• Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure that the store is operating in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.
