Job summary

Applegreen Birdhill is hiring Braeburn Café Team Member to support front-line operations at our new café and drive-thru, assisting with food prep, stock control, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Flexibility across the week, including evenings and weekends, is required; reliable transport is essential due to the motorway location. Training opportunities through Applegreen Academy and charitable initiatives with the Jigsaw partnership are offered.

What will I be doing as a Braeburn Team Member?

You will play a vital role in supporting the front-line operations of our business.

• Support day to day operations of the business
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy
• Ensure all food safety policies are met
• Prepare food
• Follow and enforce braeburn manual training contents
• Stock control and management
• Create the best food experience possible for customers
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
