Job summary

Boardmatch Ireland Ltd. seeks a senior finance leader to oversee governance for a growing nonprofit as it shifts toward charity status and expands philanthropic funding.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and audit, challenge assumptions, implement robust controls, and ensure compliance with charity law and Revenue requirements while supporting fundraising and donor stewardship. The role also involves stakeholder engagement and mentoring finance capacity to advance social impact.

Qualifications

• Chartered accountant with governance experience in nonprofits.
• Experience in nonprofit or social enterprise finance.
• Understanding of Revenue regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interrogate financial statements.
