Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Small Animal Surgery (ECVS/ACVS or equivalent).
- Experience in advanced soft tissue and/or orthopaedic surgery.
- Interest in mentoring residents, interns and nursing teams.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and clinical excellence.
- Willingness to contribute to protocol development and governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex surgical referral cases from diagnosis to postoperative care.
- Collaborate with ECC, imaging, medicine and anaesthesia teams.
- Support residents, interns and surgical nursing staff.
- Contribute to clinical governance and service growth.
- Participate in on-call rota aligned with senior responsibilities.
