Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned BMS Service Technician to service customer sites across Dublin. You’ll configure and commission building control systems, maintain documentation, and create detailed service reports while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

You will work with project teams, support pricing and design efforts, and promote JCI cloud and OpenBlue technologies on a mobile, hybrid basis across client sites in Dublin.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in control systems as a service engineer.
• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications/diplomas in relevant areas welcomed.
• Working knowledge of Metasys systems (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.

What you will do

As a BMS Service Technician, you’ll represent Johnson Controls on customer sites, shaping the future direction of their BMS systems. You’ll work closely with clients, support project delivery teams, and identify growth opportunities for JCI business units.

What we look for

• Full clean Irish driving license

• Willingness to work overtime and join the out-of-hours callout rota

Additional Information: It is a mobile role, working on various customer sites around Dublin, Ireland.
