Qualifications

• Experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) on commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, or data centre projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related control strategies.
• Experience supporting project delivery from commissioning through to client handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities after BMS controls installation across projects.
• Take ownership of testing, validation, and handover to ensure systems operate as designed.
• Collaborate with project managers, software engineers, installation teams, consultants, and clients.
• Support development and review of controller strategies, graphics packages, and commissioning documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and final delivery.
• Coordinate on-site commissioning activities and act as the main technical contact during commissioning.
• Support customer demonstrations, witness testing, training, and handover activities.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.
