Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Supervisor Biotech Production to join the Manufacturing team in Raheen, Limerick. The role involves supervising commercial-scale manufacturing of recombinant proteins, ensuring cGMP compliance and timely execution of the master production schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Life Sciences, 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience, and prior supervisory experience. The position requires day/night/weekend shifts and a strong focus on safety and team leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field required
• 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial-scale manufacturing of recombinant proteins per approved protocols and schedules
• Oversee batch records in a cGMP regulatory environment and ensure readiness of production batch records
• Ensure equipment readiness, calibration, and maintenance; coordinate maintenance activities
• Conduct cGMP audits of production areas and enforce safety and housekeeping standards
• Manage personnel including timesheets, vacations, training, development and performance reviews
