Job summary

MSD Malaysia in Ireland's Dunboyne, County Meath, is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Operations Specialist to join its Manufacturing Technical Excellence Team at a new state-of-the-art single-use multi-product biotech facility. You will support on-time batch production, drive continuous improvements, ensure GMP compliance and safety, and work with IPT and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 7 qualification in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
3-5 years experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (DMAIC, Lean etc).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial operations, continuous improvements and standard work principles at the single-use multi-product biotech facility.
Support delivery of batch production within the Integrated Process Team (IPT) area and meet KPIs.
Provide technical, process and engineering expertise across equipment changes and process steps; ensure GMP/documentation compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan tasks linked to the manufacturing process and site objectives.
