Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland's Meath region is seeking a hands-on bioprocess manufacturing professional to join a state-of-the-art single-use facility on an 11-month contract. You will be part of a self-directed process team working across upstream and downstream biologics operations in a GMP environment, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and Right First Time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of biologics manufacturing processes (cell culture, filtration and/or purification).
• Experience with single-use manufacturing technologies/equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong GMP documentation skills and adherence to SOPs.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, compliance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial biologics manufacturing processes in line with GMP, SOPs and established work instructions.
• Operate paperless/automated manufacturing processes across inoculation, cell culture, filtration and purification activities.
• Set up and prepare single-use equipment between manufacturing runs.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and support the generation of SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and other site teams to resolve issues and support manufacturing activities.
• Participate in shift handovers and Tier 1 meetings, escalating issues and contributing to practical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement through standard work, Lean processing and Right First Time principles while contributing to site safety and environmental initiatives.
