Dunboyne, Ireland – PSC Biotech Corporation is hiring for a manufacturing technician role within our self-directed work team (SDWT) in a state-of-the-art single-use biotech facility. The BTA will execute automated biologic drug substance production under GMP and EHS standards, supporting inoculation, cell culture, filtration, and purification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and SOPs.
• Complete COMMIT cards to highlight ways of working within SDWTs and Hubs.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation to support GMP compliance.
• Provide safety feedback and support continuous improvement of behaviours.
• Take part in shift handovers and tier 1 meetings, escalating issues as needed.
• Liaise with other groups to plan tasks and ensure site schedule alignment.
• Act as an ERT during emergency situations if trained.
