Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Basic technical writing skills and understanding of GMP.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Ability to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of tasks.
• Travel approximately 5-10%, mostly to CMO sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the investigation and responses to market product complaints for the pharmaceutical products that BMS is responsible for.
• Support investigations arising from the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions).
• Support change controls relating to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products including impact assessments.
• Reviewing batch documentation and RRFs (Regulatory Restriction Forms).
• Coordinate quality metrics programs.
• Support the preparation of Annual Product Reviews for each of the products manufactured and packaged.
• Support improvement projects.
• Provide support in responding to queries related to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
