Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb invites motivated engineering students for an Engineering Reliability Intern role, offering hands-on experience in maintenance and reliability within a GMP environment. The internship spans six, nine, or twelve months, with exposure to site equipment and asset management strategies.

You will work in a dynamic engineering team, gaining insight into global projects, KPI development, and procedures while shadowing experts and contributing to reliability excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Study in Process Instrumentation, Automation or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Demonstrates interest in biopharma and healthcare innovation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with drawings and technical documents for Biologics site equipment.
• Participate in maintenance and reliability projects to improve batch cadence.
• Support development of a site-wide Asset Management strategy.
• Gain experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Assist in developing procedures, training manuals and work instructions.
• Assist in KPI and metrics to track reliability performance.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional workplace and global CMMS upgrade projects.
