Job summary

IDEX is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize Biopharma MUT and SUT pumping systems. You will act as the primary technical contact for manufacturing, focus on manufacturability, quality, and operational performance, and provide hands-on engineering support to production teams.

The role requires a Level 8 STEM degree, 4+ years in manufacturing, problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Level 8 degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• 4 Years experience supporting manufacturing operations within a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience in problem solving, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams to resolve assembly, testing, and product performance issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and R&D teams to improve product design and manufacturability.
• Support validation protocols and documentation for biopharma manufacturing equipment and processes.
