Job summary

IDEX Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize Biopharma MUT and SUT pump systems. You will be the primary technical resource for manufacturing, improving product manufacturability, process efficiency, quality and operational performance.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, R&D, Production and Quality teams, driving Lean initiatives, CAPA resolutions, and validation activities for both new and existing products.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Level 8 degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• 4 years experience supporting manufacturing operations in a technical environment.
• Experience in root cause investigation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and manufacturing documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams to resolve assembly, testing, and product performance issues.
• Lead process development, improvement initiatives, and lean manufacturing activities to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering & R&D to improve product design for manufacturability and serviceability.
• Lead Manufacturing Readiness for new products and transitions from design to production.
• Support GMP, ISO, and quality systems compliance and documentation.
