Job summary

Next Generation in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, is seeking a Lab Technician to join a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. You will support laboratory experiments, analytical testing, scale-down models, and GMP-compliant process activities within MS&T.

Working with experienced scientists, you will gain hands-on exposure to fed-batch manufacturing, technical studies, and quality and safety practices, while developing your career in biotechnology.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of laboratory experience.
• GMP and data integrity understanding.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and execution of scale-down models in fed-batch manufacturing.
• Assist with technical studies, analytical testing and lab experiments.
• Prepare solutions, materials and equipment for lab activities.
• Carry out laboratory preparation, equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Support scientists with day-to-day lab operations and administration.
• Assist with safety documentation, SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain GMP compliance, data integrity, safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with MS&T personnel and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to development of knowledge and capabilities in biologics manufacturing.
