Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, gaming, or similar customer-focused roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive business results.
• Hands-on management style with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing, customer-focused teams.
