Job summary

Asset Recruitment is partnering with a leading global EPCM organisation to recruit a Mechanical/HVAC Designer – BIM for a semiconductor project in Ireland. The role requires delivering mechanical/HVAC design, coordinating BIM models and supporting site installation with contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, hands-on BIM experience, and site-based exposure to large projects, with strong communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical/HVAC systems on large industrial or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proficient in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and clash detection.
• Site-based experience on major construction programmes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical/HVAC engineering activities for semiconductor project areas.
• Develop, review and coordinate BIM models for mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Support site installation and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical queries.
