Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive digital excellence and coordinate Building Information Modelling across a diverse West of Ireland project portfolio. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead BIM strategy, mentor a growing team, and work on commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors, with offices in Limerick and Galway and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience delivering projects in a BIM environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with ISO 19650.
• Coordinate digital models across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Oversee model development, clash detection, and information exchange throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to architects, technologists, and project managers.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements while supporting sustainable, innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes, keeping ahead of industry developments.
