Job summary

Designer Group in Dublin seeks a BIM Graduate to develop technical and project delivery capability through structured training and practical project experience. You will support the production of coordinated, buildable BIM information and work with BIM, Engineering, Project and Site teams to deliver from design review through construction and handover.

Qualifications

Relevant BIM/engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
Foundational Revit capability demonstrated through education, training or project work.
Ability to read and produce basic technical drawings.
Exposure to BIM and digital construction technologies.
Willingness to learn and develop within BIM and digital engineering.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of detailed Revit MEP construction models.
Produce and amend construction drawings, views, schedules and annotations.
Run clash tests and support coordination reports.
Read and interpret design drawings, schedules and technical information.
Maintain project BIM records within company/project CDEs.
Attend internal and project meetings and support site verification of the model.
Assist with as-built models, drawings and handover deliverables.
Complete assigned training and development activities.
