Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support a hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will coordinate BIM activities, manage mechanical models and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Required are a BIM/engineering degree and 3+ years’ experience, with strong Revit and Navisworks skills. EU work eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Degree or relevant qualification in BIM, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related discipline.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Manage and coordinate Mechanical models to ensure they align with project requirements.
• Carry out clash detection and coordinate design issues with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
• Review drawings, models and technical information to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings and documentation are maintained to project standards.
• Attend BIM and coordination meetings and provide regular updates on progress.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM activities across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Manage and coordinate Mechanical models to ensure they align with project requirements.
• Carry out clash detection and coordinate design issues with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or other mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Experience coordinating Mechanical services.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
