Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Maynooth, Ireland is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of major data centre projects across Europe. You will coordinate BIM models from early design through to construction, working closely with design, engineering and pre‑construction teams from a modern office in Maynooth.

The role requires strong Revit and Navisworks knowledge, with experience on large-scale construction projects and excellent cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or similar role on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across live and pre-construction data centre projects in Europe.
• Collaborate with design managers, engineers and pre-construction teams for coordinated delivery.
• Manage model coordination, clash detection and federated BIM models.
• Review drawings and technical information to resolve design issues before construction.
• Support BIM execution plans, standards and digital workflows.
