Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support two education projects in Rathcoole and Stepaside, West Dublin. The role emphasizes on-site coordination, clash detection and coordinating delivery teams on the construction sites.

The successful candidate will coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, manage clash detection, and work with engineers, subcontractors and design teams. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks experience.
• Construction/main contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
• Work closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors and design teams.
• Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Manage BIM information and ensure project standards are maintained.

• Support the delivery of as-built information and project handover.
• Assist with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 processes.

An exciting opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading main contractor working across two €15m education projects in Rathcoole and Stepaside.

This is a construction-focused BIM role, with less emphasis on design and a strong focus on coordination, clash detection and supporting the delivery teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
• Work closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors and design teams.
