Job summary

GoFundMe in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Reporting to join our Trust & Safety team. This on‑site, full‑time role focuses on preparing STRs/SARs, interpreting regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance across products and communications.

You will work with analytics tools (Looker/SQL/Excel), mentor junior analysts, and engage with regulators. Fluency in English and French is required, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of regulatory/STR reporting or regulatory compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supplemental work experience.
• C1+ fluency in English and French is required.
• Proven experience preparing STRs/SARs or equivalent regulatory reports.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for STR reporting in one or more specialty areas.
• Own preparation, quality review, and filing of high‑complexity STRs.
• Determine referrals to EDD, Compliance, Legal, or law enforcement as needed.
• Draft responses to regulator inquiries and support authorities.
• Mentor junior Analysts and improve STR processes with scalable solutions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into updated procedures.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to improve detection and reporting.
