Job summary

dōTERRA Europe, part of doTERRA Global Limited, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Cork, Ireland team. You will manage end-to-end local and international shipments, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to keep goods moving compliantly across borders.

Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential. The role requires at least five years in import/export logistics, with knowledge of EU and global freight regulations, and strong analytical

Qualifications

Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 5 years' experience in import/export logistics.
Knowledge of EU, Chinese, and global freight regulations.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Dangerous Goods certification and direct-selling industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinating imports and exports across ocean, air, and ground freight.
Managing shipping and customs documentation.
Working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and logistics providers.
Monitoring customs compliance, HS classifications, Incoterms, and Dangerous Goods requirements.
Tracking shipments and resolving delays, discrepancies, claims, and customs holds.
Managing delivery timelines, warehouse receipts, and cargo releases.
Reviewing quotations and rates and providing reports to management.
Supporting other departments with ad-hoc shipments to international markets and events.
