Job summary
Levy Ireland, operating in the Dublin area across Leopardstown, Fairyhouse and The Curragh Racecourses, is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager for full-time, permanent work. You will lead bar operations at major race-days, drive service standards, manage stock and costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The role requires supervisory experience in beverage/hospitality, strong organisational and communication skills, and a flexible weekend/event
Qualifications
- Experience supervising bar/beverage operations.
- Ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced events.
- Strong organisation and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Full Irish driving licence; access to own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead stock & inventory management for events and month-end checks.
- Order, receive and control stock to minimise waste.
- Coordinate bar setups for race days and high-profile events.
- Ensure bars are compliant, stocked and ready for service.
- Supervise and coach beverage team to maintain service excellence.
- Assist recruitment, onboarding and rota planning for event delivery.
- Collaborate across departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain health & safety and responsible alcohol service.
