Job summary

Queen Creek Unified School District is seeking a Before/After School Assistant Facilitator to provide organized and safe enrichment programs for children before and after the school day, including school breaks.

The role is part-time, hourly, non-exempt, with a 25-hour work week across mornings and late afternoons. The position reports to the Director of Community Education and follows the QCUSD salary schedule for applicable positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Must pass a background clearance.
• Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Supports program goals and delivery of before/after school activities.
• Assists in planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating program implementation.
• Exhibits strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Interacts positively with parents/guardians, vendors and site/district staff.
• Communicates program needs to department leadership.
• Implements and supports district-wide initiatives and programs.
